Monitoring Versa SD-WAN Routers via PRTG - Internet circuit down but appears up.
Hello, my organization monitors our SD-WAN routers via Versa, and we have a network monitoring tool called PRTG.
The issue we are having is one circuit will go down, but Versa and PRTG still shows the circuit interface as being up via us polling the interface using SNMP.
Is there a reason for this?
Is the secondary Router sending interesting traffic or hearts which causes the down circuit to appear up?
