Hello Experts,

I’m trying to create an access policy where I need to map a .csv file to an object-group. I’ve already uploaded the file to the Director, but when I try to upload it to the appliance, it gives me an error. I’ve tried multiple times, but the same error keeps occurring. Any thoughts on this ?

That can be symptom of wider problem than just Address file upload.

First I'd suggest checking whether you can ssh from your Primary Director to this device. If ssh connection times out, you may need to check ssh jail for Director IP on this device (if there were several consecutive wrong authentication attempts):

Check ssh jail on VOS device:

show jail ssh

Remove IP from ssh jail:

request clear jail ssh ip <IP>

Also on some older VOS releases (early 21.2.3 hotfixes), there could be scenarios when "admin" user could be locked on device, when TACACS is enabled. In this case you may need manually unlock "admin" user.
