can I configure 2FA to login to a Titan portal by using SMS as a second factor?

SMS authenticator is not included as an option to login to a Titan Portal. One of the main reason is a security concern as people often use private mobile phone number when creating a user. As a result, once private mobile number is used, then employee leaves the company, he still might be able to re-register in the portal using his private mobile number and get access to the portal.
By default it is recommended to use company email address as a second factor in authentication process. Alternatively, Titan portal supports SAML protocol where you can use 3rd party IDP capabilities for 2FA as per your organizations standards.
